Waterproofing of foundation slabs, horizontal and vertical walls

The construction project for luxury villas in Makarska began in the fall of 2022. In addition to the highest quality materials currently available in construction, the investor used waterproofing of the concrete foundation slab Radmyx concentrate which is a highly crystallizing admixture for waterproofing concrete, certified according to EN 934-2, Table 9, and meets VDP class 3. Ramdyx has the proven ability of 100% to protect concrete from water penetration, and the property to activate every time it comes into contact with water.

All vertical and horizontal working joints were used CEMflex VB sheets that are made of stainless steel and coated with a crystal-based coating that, after coming into contact with water, starts the crystallization process, thus pushing the water to the edge of the wall so that the external reinforcement remains dry and protected from moisture.
